Ben and Jerry’s can be part of a balanced breakfast, right?

Only if you serve it with beer!

Oof. A little early for that, I think.

If you did a shot of wheat grass juice too they might indeed balance each other out.

I suppose it would depend what flavor: carbs, sugar, dairy, and maybe even fruit. I don’t see how that’s any different that a bowl of Cheerios with berries on top and milk. Well, ok, except that what you ate has about 5x the calories. :)

And lots more saturated fat than cereal and milk. But, Jeff, when we took female phys the professor did point out that ice cream has plenty of calcium, so it’s not the worst thing in the world for pregnant women to crave. So you’re probably okay, too.
I’m just worried that it’s a bit early in the semester for you to be developing these sorts of eating habits. I mean, potato chips and coke for breakfast, followed by a pint Ben and Jerry’s for lunch, are okay during finals week (I aced the final that afternoon), but before the first homework assignment’s due? You may have a problem by the time the end of the semester rolls around.
PS: I liked it better when the little window popped up with the comments.

The flavor was “Everything But The…” It’s filled with blatantly unhealthy things. By the end of the semester, I’ll probably be eating Crisco straight out of the can for breakfast.
Liz, I might change it back someday, but alas, that day is not today. Or even tomorrow.

What’s this?
