Beware of the beer that turns you into an ostrich? I can’t watch the commercial so I can only imagine what it depicts!
That’s tragic! It’s a bizarre, quasi-surrealistic black-and-white movie in which one man who drinks beer is turned into an egg full of ants and another becomes an ostrich. You’re missing out.
I’m traumatized.
Trauma queen.
Creepy. Surrealism gives me bad dreams.
(Jen- I couldn’t watch it in FireFox, but it was fine in IE.)
Reassuringly Elephants!
Elanor, I think you were 75 percent of the reason I posted this.
You think I couldn’t have guessed that?
Jeff, I think you need to post more, since you have all this free time…
Yeah, Christie, you’re right–it’s been too long. But I think you’re just saying that because you were stuck in an office in Mumbai on a Saturday.
Well, I also think you need to post more, and I wasn’t stuck in an office in Mumbai on a Saturday. Although, I suppose it could be long hours of trying to understand government rules about competitive acquisition of outpatient drugs that is leading me to need pinchy.org updates. Or, it’s just the 110 degree heat index going to my brain.
Liz, in your case, the problem is that there are no elephants or monkeys to distract you. And “competitive acquisition of outpatient drugs” makes me think that the government tells all the patients to stand in a circle, then throws medicine in the middle and lets everyone fight for it. Which is exactly how the VA hospitals work, for all I know.
Jeff, you should totally submit a proposal to CMS. That would work way better than the current system.
